Over twenty two years ago, my husband (Dennis) asked me to be his wife.
On Christmas Eve 2010, I asked him to re-marry me on our family vacation to Maui.
Our original plans were to get re-married on Wed. March 30th, but some bad sunburns prevented that from happening. The date was then set to Friday, April 1st.......no foolin'.
We stayed at the Wailea Marriott Resort, and there's a gorgeous spot in the front of the resort.....perfect for renewing our vows. The first plan was the beach, but we wanted the ceremony to be private, and the beach is always having some activity.
The kids were our attendants, and we wrote our own vows. Let's just say it was a good thing I was wearing waterproof mascara. Jeez, my man can write a tear-jerker of vows.
