Warning: If you do not want to see what a mess my desk is, I encourage you to look away....NOW! Mom and Dad (who check my blog out every day.....thanks for that, by the way).......it's not normally this bad......REALLY!
Now, my goal today was to clean this horrible mess. Would you like to see what the desk looks like now?
Do you see a difference? Nope....me either. Well, that's not exactly true. There are some pieces of patterned paper that were off to the left of this picture that are now used on this card.......
I love the bold and bright colors on this card. The colors are Tangerine Tango, Wild Wasabi, Tempting Turquoise, So Saffron and Chocolate Chip.
I used a technique called Color Blocking. Basically, all this means is creating blocks of color on your project. There is a bit of measuring involved...but it's all good when the end result is so pretty!
There's not much stamping on this card. Only the fabulous little greeting from one of this year's Sale-a-bration sets. It's called Punch Bunch, and I've been having a grand 'ol time using it today when I was supposed to be cleaning.
Well, I guess I should get to cleaning the desk. It's not going to clean itself (although I wish it would). You know what that means, right? Yup....another fun project made with scraps! tee hee
See you then.......
