Have you checked out the Holiday Catalog yet? If not, you should see all the wonderful new products in there.
One of my favorite product suites is the Perfectly Preserved. I am having fun putting lots of things in this jar!!!!
Today's card is a swap card. I love how it showcases the new Core'dinations paper. This paper comes in three colors: Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler and Gumball Green. The inside of the paper is a lighter color than the outside. This becomes important when you run this paper through the Big Shot with an embossing folder. See how the woodgrain brings out the lighter color from the core of the paper. So amazing!!!!
Here's some helpful hints about this card:
- stamp the pears with More Mustard ink onto More Mustard cardstock. Color in the seeds with an Early Espresso marker after it's been stamped
- use the Cannery Framelits to cut the images from the Perfectly Preserved stamp set
- add texture to the Certainly Celery by using the Direct-to-Paper technique
- cut the banner edge using the 1 3/8" square punch
- use the Bitty Banners framelits to cut the sentiment
I'll leave you with the card recipe in case you would like to make this card for yourself. If you need any Stampin' Up! supplies, I hope you'll stop by my ONLINE STORE. Thanks for choosing me as your demonstrator.
